We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Products showing signs of use, installation, sawdust, wear, or damage will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or installed products
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to improper use or installation
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at pix2proto@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
If the item does not meet return requirements, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
