How It Works
- Send your request. Upload your files (DXF, SVG, and 3MF preferred; AI, PDF, STEP, and STL accepted) or describe what you need.
- Get your quote within 2 business days. It includes price, material, and lead time. We'll flag any design changes that would save you money.
- Approve and pay. Pay in full before production, or with a 50% deposit and the balance on completion for larger orders.
- We make it. Typical lead time is 1–6 weeks depending on quantity. Rush production is available.
- Ship or pick up. We ship anywhere in the US, or you can pick up in Lafayette, IN.
How Our Pricing Works
Every custom job has a one-time setup (reviewing your file, programming toolpaths, fixturing, and test cuts) and a per-part cost (material, machine time, and finishing). That's why one part costs more each than one hundred, and why a part that takes 20 minutes on the machine often takes an hour or more of work to get there.
- $75 minimum order on all custom work
- Material included. We source and supply material in every quote.
- Volume pricing. Setup is spread across your whole order, so per-part cost drops quickly as quantity grows.
- Finishing (sanding, edge rounding, paint, post-processing) is quoted separately.
- Rush jobs are available for an expedite fee.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Custom orders have a $75 minimum, which covers file review, programming, and setup.
What files do you accept?
DXF, SVG, and 3MF are preferred. We also accept AI, PDF, STEP, and STL. No file? Describe your project and attach a sketch or photo.
How long does it take?
Most jobs ship in 1–6 weeks depending on quantity and complexity. Rush production is available for an expedite fee.
Do I need to supply material?
No. We source material as part of every quote and handle cutting it to size.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States. Local pickup is available in Lafayette, Indiana.
