- Files: DXF, SVG, or 3MF are preferred. AI, PDF, STEP, and STL are also accepted. No file? Attach a sketch or photo with measurements.

- Timeline: Typical lead time is 1–6 weeks. Rush jobs are available for an expedite fee.
