Automatic tool changers and dust boots usually don't get along — most boots block the toolholder exactly when the spindle needs to reach the rack. This boot was purpose-built for Phantom CNC Atomic and Reaper machines running ATC spindles, including the HQD GDL70-24Z/9.0, so you get real dust collection without giving up automatic tool changes.

📦 What's Included — Yes, the Brush Comes With It

  • Dust boot body — spindle-carriage mount, assembled and ready to install
  • Brush skirt, already fitted to the boot — USA-made nylon
  • Hose adapter in your size — tell us your hose at checkout, no extra charge

You do not need to buy a brush separately. Every boot ships with a brush installed and ready to cut. The brushes listed in our store are optional spares.

It mounts to the spindle carriage and keeps a full 115mm (4.25") clearance diameter around the toolholder — plenty of room for the ATC to do its job while the boot keeps the mess under control.

Frequently asked questions

Is the brush included with the dust boot?

Yes. Every P2P dust boot ships with a USA-made nylon brush skirt already installed on it — you do not buy the brush separately. The brushes listed in our store are optional spares and replacements for when yours wears down or gets trimmed too short.

What's the difference between a full brush and a split brush?

A full brush is one continuous ring of bristles — the best seal and the strongest suction. A split brush is that same ring divided into two halves, so you can part it and reach the bit without pulling the skirt off the boot. Contact us if you'd like a different skirt style for your ATC boot.
